- Offer available to customers who reside in the United States.
- Valid with a proof of purchase from an authorized distribution partner or reseller.
- One for one trade in.
- Maximum of 10 trade-in printers per customer.
- Valid on qualified working condition printers only (listed below).
- Trade in cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or demo printers.
- Qualified trade-in printer must be received within 30 days of the purchase of a DLX product
How it works:
- Purchase a new Advantage DLX printer from one of our authorized partners:
Distributors- Bluestar Ingram Micro Scansource
Resellers- Ask your Cognitive or distribution Rep for a reseller contact.
- Fill out the online Trade-Up Certification form, print copy and mail in with qualified trade-in printer.
- Send your qualified trade-in printer (listed below) with a copy of your purchase order and the completed Trade-Up Certification form to the following address:

Your rebate check will be mailed approximately 4-6 weeks after receipt of the trade-in printer.

Trade in valid only for products in working condition and from eligible desktop thermal label printer manufacturers which include:
Argox: Amigo A Series or OS Series
Cognitive: All Cognitive Advantage LX, Blaster, Blazer, Del Sol, or Solus models
Intermec: C4 or Easy Code Series
SATO: Cx and CT Series
TSC: TTP or TDP Series
Zebra: 2800 or 3800 Series

Receive a USD $100 trade-up rebate check following the purchase of a Cognitive Advantage DLX printer. The Cognitive Trade-Up Program is available to customers who reside in the United States of America and have purchased the Advantage DLX from one of our authorized resellers or distributors (Bluestar, Ingram Micro, Scansource). Customers must return the qualified desktop label printer(s) within 30 days of purchasing the Advantage DLX printers. Upon receipt of the qualified printer, proof of purchase and the completed Trade-Up Certification Form, a rebate check will be issued within 4-6 weeks. The customer is responsible for the shipping and related costs. Cognitive shall not be responsible for any lost shipments or the return of non-qualifying printers. The Trade-Up Certification must be completed in full and included with the qualified printer and proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for maintaining a copy of all documentations. The Cognitive Trade-Up Program is subject to change or cancellation, by Cognitive, at any time without notice.
