Cognitive’s thermal printing solutions provide on-demand content labeling for identifying the mixture or filling of paint or industrial liquids.  This application demands a printing solution that is able to withstand the most rugged and dirty environments.  The printer must be able to stand up to harsh elements while continuing to run. 

Sample Application – Paint Store
With every can of paint mixed, an Ethernet-enabled Blaster Advantage prints a barcode label containing the pigment mixture used for that paint color. To match a previous color, a customer brings the paint can lid back to the store. The paint department scans the barcode label on the lid, and a terminal displays the paint mixture for a perfect color match.

• Direct Thermal: A general purpose direct thermal paper label stock suitable for most retail and industrial applications which produces a high contrast black image on a white matte finish coated paper.
  
• Thermal Transfer: A premium coated, ultra smooth thermal transfer label stock suitable for most retail and industrial applications with excellent ink receptivity.
